Objectives:

  1. Address and resolve issues of discrimination based on caste, creed, language, ethnicity, gender, or ability.
  2. Ensure the institution upholds dignity by addressing concerns related to equality in education.
  3. Create a conducive environment for academic growth within the campus.
  4. Protect individual rights regardless of appearance or lifestyle during the learning process.
  5. Eliminate discrimination or harassment by providing preventive measures, protective actions, and punishments for violators.

Career Guidance Cell:

The Career Guidance Cell at SNGM Pharmacy College supports students in their journey toward personal and professional success through counseling and guidance.

Objectives:

  1. Assist students in understanding their skills and interests.
  2. Provide information about course prerequisites, financial aid, academic planning, and entrance exams.
  3. Promote career guidance through lectures from industry professionals and visiting professors.
  4. Organize seminars on topics such as interview skills, personality development, communication, leadership, resume writing, and preparation for competitive exams.
